Welcome
The Machinists Union is one of the most diverse labor unions in America. We represent all workers. There is not a workplace or job that we will not represent. Contact us today and let your voice be heard!
SafetyWith the backing of IAM we can work to ensure that our livelihood is secure and that we all make it home safely. It's not enough to just say "safety first". Safety comes from dedicating adequate resources, training and planning.

Wages and BenefitsAll workers deserve to make a decent living that provides them and their families with stability, a living wage and a future. Union members don't beg, we bargain.
|
RespectWorkers need democracy and respect in the workplace. The legal rights that come with being a union member allow us to secure real respect in the workplace by having a say in the things that effect us and the quality of our home life, job security, working hours, rules, and regulations.

These are just a few of the industries the Machinists union represents
